It’s that time of year again—time to gear up for an exciting new school year!
On July 28th, the CBWC proudly supported the staff at the Back 2 School Jamboree, an event designed to help students and their families start the year on the right foot.

Our club members assisted parents with completing any remaining paperwork, conducted surveys to better understand their needs for a successful school year, and provided information on transportation and after-school care programs. Students also had the opportunity to select a free backpack filled with age-appropriate school supplies to set them up for success.

During the event, our President, Marge Jones, met with the school principal to discuss ways the CBWC could further support their programs. She also requested a wish list of resources the school may need throughout the year—ensuring our partnership continues to make a meaningful impact.
