Clare, whose name shines brightly among us, has gone above and beyond, contributing an exceptional amount of time, effort and resources to various initiatives within our club.
Reporting Functionality: Shaping the Backbone
Clare has initiated the development and maintenance of a new electronic Google reporting system for the Cocoa Beach Woman’s Club. The design and functionality of this tool automates the way our club members report their hours, hence making the overall submittal of club hours more practical, accurate and efficient.
Devoting over 10 hours in its creation, Clare’s technical expertise has ensured the seamless operation of this critical aspect of our organization which she continues to review and monitor monthly.
Website Wizardry: A Digital and Social Media Maestro
Bringing our club into the digital age, Clare has created our inaugural website and Facebook page. Clare has clocked in over 50 hours building our website to share the club’s history and community service projects. She also incorporated an on-line membership application and an exclusive members-only area. Her dedication includes weekly maintenance, making our online presence not only vibrant but also user-friendly.
The impact of the creation of a Facebook page and posting of all club events has significantly increased the visibility and success of our events and has been instrumental in recruiting new members. Our page currently has over 500 followers!
Newsletter and Business Cards: Crafting Connections
Recognizing the power of communication, Clare is responsible for a newly formatted club newsletter which keeps our community and club members informed and engaged. She designed and purchased new CBWC business cards to be used by members when networking and making community connections.
Text Service: Supporting Every Need
Always attuned to the needs of our club, Clare established a texting service that ensures efficient, timely and important communication out to all our members. This allows for an instant reminder of club activities.
